AT&T Employees Benefit from Online Mortgage Products, Services
RISMEDIA, Oct. 3, 2005 ? ABN AMRO Mortgage’s Affinity Lending Group and AT&T is offering a private-label version of mortgage.com to AT&T employees. Through its Intranet (http://att.mortgage.com), AT&T employees can access information on a variety of AAMG’s mortgage lending services and mortgage products, including AAMG’s Guaranteed OneFee Mortgage. Additionally, AT&T employees can receive a $300 discount on the mortgage loan’s closing costs.

“AAMG is providing AT&T a value-added benefit that it can offer employees: Industry-leading mortgage products and services that save employees both time and money,” said Marc Strampel, AAMG senior vice president, business development. “AAMG is making available mortgage.com’s innovative lending platform and online mortgage resources, including application, rate quotes and customer care, to AT&T employees.”

Through AT&T’s Intranet, AAMG offers employees information on rates and programs, including its guaranteed OneFee mortgage. AT&T employees can now access product and application information on AAMG’s interest-only, fixed-rate and adjustable-rate mortgage loan products. AAMG’s unique OneFee guarantees, at the time the loan’s interest rate is locked, all of the typical lender-related fees associated with obtaining a mortgage loan.

Additionally, AT&T employees can access a wide-range of mortgage tools via their Intranet including online mortgage application submission, interest rate quotes and mortgage calculators. AT&T employees can also use a dedicated 800-phone number to contact AAMG customer care representatives.
