Dianne Amos

When it comes to serving the community in a way that aligns with corporate culture, Dianne Amos is a champion of a better way. By working with companies and agencies to get the right people in the right location, Amos is keenly aware of the need to identify and nurture local talent. In 2022, she helped align the company’s civic efforts through continued support of Kaleidoscope’s “Find Your Future” program, which provides current or former foster care youth with vocational training and a paid internship.

“Working with others who motivate and challenge me has made me a better leader and person,” says Amos. “So many people have influenced and supported me, and it has been the most important part of my working life, in addition to enriching my personal life in countless ways.”

Thanks largely to Amos’ efforts, the company saw even more engagement across the organization. She emphasizes the importance of these contributions as part of the firm’s culture and identity in Chicago, its headquarters city.
