Formerly with Ragette Realtors in Bronxville, New York, where she also lived for 11 years, Stout earned her Bachelors of Fine Arts from the School of Visual Arts and her Bachelors degree in anthropology at Hunter College. Stout has a unique understanding of building materials, especially stones and marbles. She is also knowledgeable about plants and landscaping. .
