As the COVID-19 pandemic affected communities all across the globe, including Southern Alberta, she knew it was an important time to give back. In September 2020, Kalista and her team announced that they will be utilizing $1,000 from their Institutional Advertising fund and donating it to a local non-profit group each month for the next 12 months. This fund is built and supported through monthly contributions from the company’s agents.
Kalista believes in supporting her community on a collective level, giving back to organizations that she and her agents are passionate about. “We support the community, and the community supports us,” she explains. “Without community support, it’s pretty hard to have success in our industry.”
