RISMEDIA, August 10, 2009-Todd Stonesifer has been using the Lowe’s Program for Realtors® for several months, and in that time, he’s become quite a fan of the periodic direct-mail follow-up, which offers his clients timely tips and valuable coupons for savings in Lowe’s stores and online.

“The Lowe’s direct-mail follow-up is very helpful to my business because it offers a way to touch base with customers more frequently with things they perceive as thoughtful,” says Stonesifer, a Realtor with Delaware-based ERA Harrington Realty.

Indeed, the Lowe’s Program for Realtors includes free, customized direct-mail pieces with 10%-off coupons, 5%-off discounts on gift cards, helpful tips, e-mails and videos from HGTV, a bimonthly magazine with simple home projects (Lowe’s Creative Ideas magazine) and the program’s newest offering-Inside Out, which offers Realtors the ability to automatically send their entire client base a personalized, monthly e-newsletter with information on buying, selling and moving tips.

Stonesifer says using the program’s been a huge benefit to his business-and a great timesaver. “The follow-up is important,” he explains. Realtors enter their clients’ names once and “it’s ready to go. They send the coupons and direct-mail letters-that’s so important.”

In this market-and this economy-anything that can help you differentiate and establish yourself with buyers and sellers is key, and the Lowe’s Program for Realtors does just that-all at no cost.
