Paperless Push in Real Estate Helps Spur Growth

RISMEDIA, February 2, 2009-Instanet Solutions announced that it has acquired several new customers, all of which service Realtors®. These organizations will be including document management and/or transaction management services as a benefit to their members and subscribers.

The following organizations have all recently signed multi-year agreements with Instanet Solutions.

– REGIONAL MLS, Inc of Florida
– The Greater Rochester Association of Realtors
– The Corpus Christi Association of Realtors
– The Cumberland Valley Association of Realtors

These professional organizations represent over 17,000 members, whose subscribers and participants will have access to Instanet Solution’s paperless technologies for real estate. DocBoxTM is a document management system for real estate. TransactionDeskTM is a total transaction management solution that includes DocBox.

According to the company, DocBox includes an Internet faxing service that eliminates the need for other Internet faxing solutions, including paper fax to e-mail systems. DocBox includes unlimited toll-free faxing in and out of the system, within the continental US.

“The new services these organizations are providing to their members and subscribers are extremely valuable,” says Joe Kazzoun, vice president of business and product development at Instanet Solutions. “Purchased individually, these services would cost an individual hundreds a year, and would cost a brokerage hundreds or even thousands of dollars per month.”

“Taking your real estate business paperless can save money through efficiencies and reduced expenses,” says Patricia Connor, chief executive officer of Regional MLS, Inc of Florida. “The fact that it also helps the environment makes this even more valuable. More and more businesses are going green, and we’ re happy to assist our subscribers in their efforts.”
