Anna-Marie Ellison, managing partner at ERA King Real Estate, has consistently increased agent production by taking a unique approach to sales meetings. Rather than hold traditional meetings, Ellison puts on a “show” and shares quality content that both educates and entertains.

Meetings feature a DJ and professionally produced PowerPoint presentations. Planning begins a month before each meeting, and members of the leadership team decide which content to cover in their weekly time slots. Presenters work with a staff designer and DJ to create their presentations. Dress rehearsals are held before meetings.

Because of the COVID-19 pandemic, agents switched to online Zoom calls. After the pandemic subsides, Ellison plans to add a virtual component to in-person meetings, which she had not considered previously.
