In 2023, he helped develop and launch Fox & Roach’s new coaching program, “Ignite Your Success: 30 Days to Getting Business Now,” designed to help agents accomplish three key goals: enhance listing lead generation, develop strategies to win every listing and maintain buyer loyalty in a stressful seller’s market.

Serving as chair of Fox & Roach/Trident Charities’ Annual Charles B. Patt, Jr. Golf Tournament, Patt helped raise more than $57,000 to provide emotional support, education and hope for people affected by cancer at no cost. He has also been named to Lehigh Valley Business’ annual Power List – Construction and Real Estate, which recognizes the area’s most significant, influential and respected leaders.
