Bret Weinstein

BSW Real Estate

Bret Weinstein is the president and CEO at BSW Real Estate, where he supports REALTORS® with problem solving, education and customer service to help them grow their business. Weinstein is also actively involved in community engagement. He and his team have done more in the past year than ever before to contribute to their community. BSW Real Estate has raised over $40,000 for several charitable organizations throughout the Denver Metro Area, and agents have volunteered their time to support a variety of causes. They were featured by Extreme Community Makeover as a community partner. Weinstein has also been actively involved in family events, such as a pumpkin patch, family photos, and visits with Santa. 

Weinstein began his career in real estate at Coldwell Banker in 2012. He worked to educate himself and gain experience in all facets of the business from the beginning. He moved on to Vision Real Estate, where he led his first team, and later joined Madison & Company where he rose to Managing Broker. Bret has recently opened his own brokerage, BSW Real Estate. Weinstein is ranked among the top 1 percent of Colorado’s real estate professionals. He has won numerous awards for his success and devotion to the industry. Weinstein believes that real estate agents need to keep their focus on serving their customers, not on making money. 

“Real estate is a ‘How can I help you?’ concierge service, not a ‘How can I help me?’ sales job,” says Weinstein, a mindset he believes leads to success.
