Creig Northrop is founder and CEO of Northrop Realty, a Long & Foster Company. In 2020, after its first full year, Northrop Realty became a billion-dollar brokerage, grew from 10 offices to 12, and was named No. 1 Specialty Brokerage in the United States by industry reports.

In 2000, Creig and his wife Carla started the Creig Northrop Team, which became the No. 1 Team in the Nation an unprecedented three times. In 2018, they announced that the Creig Northrop Team would become Northrop Realty. It has grown to a full-service brokerage specializing in residential real estate in Maryland; Delaware; Virginia; Washington, D.C.; Pennsylvania; and Florida.
