David Doctorow leads a team of more than 2,000 employees as CEO of realtor.com®, constantly evolving and transforming one of the most visited real estate websites in the U.S. With the pursuit of creating a best-in-class consumer experience, he drives the company’s vision, strategy and execution by helping customers close more deals and encouraging collaboration among homebuyers, sellers, agents, brokers, lenders and title companies.

Amid the pandemic, Doctorow made changes to the company’s organizational structure and streamlined processes that have accelerated growth and driven a faster pace of innovation, benefitting both industry partners, homebuyers, sellers and owners.
