Longtime agent David Dorman became broker/owner of CENTURY 21 Professional Group, Inc. in 2012. He currently manages the company’s main Ocoee, Fla., office, is active in charity work with Easter Seals, and also trains and mentors new agents. On top of all of that, Dorman is still an active agent.
“Take care of the client and the rest will follow; in other words, I never worry about where the next paycheck is coming from, because I know that keeping my focus on the clients will ensure a steady flow of business,” he says.
After becoming licensed in 1999, Dorman realized early on that he had no brand recognition with his boutique brokerage outside of the area, and quickly made his way to CENTURY 21. He began investing in branding and gaining marketing knowledge, which has only snowballed since then. In 2018, Dorman began a major partnership with the Orlando Magic. The collaboration includes digital signage, which runs throughout Orlando’s Amway Center during the NBA team’s home games, as well as web assets, which can be found on the team’s official website, OrlandoMagic.com.
