Jay Mitchell, managing broker for Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Towne Realty, leads and coaches three offices with 100 agents and nearly $500 million in annual production. In 2020, Mitchell kept agents and staff on target and motivated to keep business going.
Additionally, Mitchell led the Consumer Communications Committee as 2020 chair. The CCC oversees the National Association of REALTORS®’ consumer ad campaign, which released more work than it does in a typical year. The team developed advertising and marketing campaigns that addressed the pandemic and fair housing.
