Justin Bailey, CEO of Realty Executives Associates, led its growth in sales volume and agent count in 2022. The company opened several new offices, added digital earnest money transfer and created new staff roles. Bailey graduated with his AMDP from Harvard Business School, and the Knoxville Area Association of REALTORS® named him REALTOR® of the Year.
“Hands down, the most rewarding parts of my job are caring for my staff and supporting my agents. I wholeheartedly believe in bottom-up leadership and servant leadership,” he says.
“My role is to serve everyone who calls Realty Executives home. Although my title might represent that I am the leader of the company, I believe my job is to lead from the bottom. That means everyone is my boss. From our front desk staff to our highest producer, my job is to make sure they feel seen, heard and supported. In short, it’s not about me.”
