Many people might think the priority for real estate professionals out and about around town is running their business. Kelly Simpson, however, says that the first priority should always be to get home safely.

An internationally recognized real estate safety expert with over two decades of experience in the real estate industry, Simpson launched a new national council on safety in real estate in 2022, published a book and a guide on safety, and spoke at a multitude of real estate events, all in the service of making sure agents can deal with or avoid potential threats that come up on the course of their jobs. With a passion for empowering people to protect and take care of themselves, Simpson says she was “blessed” to connect with so many in the industry while seeking to “build a stronger and safer industry for our agents.”
