McKinley and her team did that by using the #undisruptable campaign to connect emotionally to the industry and by carefully launching and onboarding partners to ensure success and loyalty.

Prior to the pandemic, McKinley launched The Undisruptables, a visionary content series aimed at showing how real estate agents bring value to consumers. The timing was uncanny because the pandemic soon forced agents to change the way they work and to value what matters most.
