In 2020, Rick Haase, president of United Real Estate and COO of United Real Estate Group, led the brand to record performance, despite COVID-19. United saw double-digit growth in Key Performance Indicators and expanded its franchising system and company-owned brokerage operations.

Haase has helped the brand grow through a series of mergers and acquisitions, more of which are scheduled to close in 2021. Haase has worked to expand United Real Estate’s 100-percent commission model nationwide and has helped brokers and agents change the way they run their businesses and form stronger connections with clients.
