As agents and brokers looked for more scalable, more flexible technology solutions amid pandemic disruptions, Smith and Constellation showed up in a big way.

Adoption of Constellation’s brands—including Top Producer, which was acquired this past year—drove the company to even more spectacular growth opportunities.

Smith led the creation of a European team, taking a huge stride into the global market, and also scaled the domestic team to begin focusing on deals in the nine-figure range. These massive leaps in Constellation’s scope, goals and portfolio solidified Smith as a titan in the tech sector, with plenty more to come.
