John Featherston founded RISMedia in 1980 as the residential real estate industry premier source for news and information to the residential real estate, relocation and home services industries. Under Featherston’s leadership, RISMedia has become the leading media organization for breaking news and analysis as well as educational and networking events and marketing and branding solutions for the leading real estate and home services companies throughout the United States. Darryl D. MacPherson, Executive Vice President
Darryl MacPherson is executive vice president of RISMedia. He is responsible for overall product development, sales, marketing and strategic initiatives of the organization. With more than 25 years of professional sales, management and recruitment experience, MacPherson has managed diversified service programs represented by senior level executives within Corporate America Fortune 1000.

Maria Patterson, Executive Editor
As executive editor, Maria oversees all print and online publications for RISMedia, including Real Estate magazine, The Power Broker Network Report, The Power Team Report, RISMedia’s annual Power Broker Report & Survey, and a variety of special-interest publications, including research reports and industry white papers. Kayla O’Brien, Associate Online Editor
As associate online editor at RISMedia, Kayla O’Brien contributes to both the writing and editing for Real Estate Magazine. She is also responsible for compiling, formatting, and editing content for the Daily e-News online newsletter, distributed to over 300,000 subscribers, as well as RISMedia’s Web site, www.rismedia.com. As a recent addition to the RISMedia staff, Kayla graduated in May 2006 from Sacred Heart University in Fairfield, Connecticut with a B.A. in Media Studies. In her four years of undergraduate studies, she took on the role as Founding Editor-in-Chief of the University’s first student-run magazine, while maintaining the position of associate editor for the school’s newspaper. Suzanne Andresen, Vice President of Sales & Account Management
Suzanne Andresen has been working with RISMedia for nearly 7 years, focusing on strategic initiatives and promotional solutions for our national client base utilizing our wide array of product and services to meet the dynamic needs of our service providers and readership simultaneously. She has been a sales professional for over 19 years working exclusively within the printing industry for 15 years. Kara Todd, National Accounts
With more than five years of experience in advertising sales at RISMedia, Kara Todd is a National Account Manager for more than 30 executive clients advertising in Real Estate magazine, RISMedia’s Daily e-News and the company’s national corporate events and sponsorships. Her industry-leading clientele spans several sectors within the real estate industry including coaching, technology, direct mail marketing and large national brokerage firms. In her role, Kara has been breaking new advertising ground with her involvement in the development of a customized digital magazine, which RISMedia distributes as a co-branded product to over 10,000 members of a nationally recognized coaching firm. Lisa Costello, National Accounts
As the newest member of the RISMedia Sales Team, Lisa brings 20 years of experience in the newspaper publishing industry. Having spent the first part of her career as a media buyer for Valassis and Caldor where she was responsible for negotiating all the newspaper contracts; she then transitioned to the sales side. In her previous position as National Account Manager for a local community newspaper she was responsible for managing and growing an extensive client base which included clients from the financial, wireless and retail segments. In her current role as National Account Manager at RISMedia she is responsible for managing and growing an extensive national account base in addition to establishing and implementing new business opportunities utilizing our three core products: Real Estate magazine, RISMedia’s Daily e-News and RISMedia.com. Patty Sinisko, Client Relations Manager

John Sculley, Vice President & Managing Director
At RIS Consulting Group since 1995, John Sculley designs and leads all RIS advisory, research and change management projects for corporate relocation programs and related services. He was formerly a vice president at a major relocation management company and at an international consulting firm, specializing in corporate location decisions and economic development. He was also executive director/CEO of a major Connecticut not-for-profit. He is the recipient of the Certified Relocation Professional designation (1990), the Meritorious Service Award (1997) and the President’s Award (2006) from the Worldwide Employee Relocation Council. He currently serves on the ERC’s national Task Force on Mobility Procurement and on the Board of Directors for the New England Relocation Association.
