eNeighborhoods Promotes to Better Serve Real Estate Brokerage, Association Markets

RISMEDIA, Jan. 29, 2007-eNeighborhoods, Inc., one of the nation's premier compiler and providers of neighborhood information and marketing solutions for real estate professionals, announced the promotions of Charles Warnock and Sal Aguiar.

Warnock joined the company in 2006 as Marketing Manager. He received his Bachelor's Degree in Communications from Florida Atlantic University and Master's Degree in Journalism from the University of Florida. He has held key positions in interactive marketing in the travel, finance and real estate industries. A former journalist, Warnock has published more than 600 articles and special reports on real estate, technical communications and interactive marketing. His latest eBook, the 2007 Real Estate Marketing Success Kit, will be available online shortly, exclusively through eNeighborhoods. Recently he received certification in Online Testing from the Marketing Experiments Professional Certification Program.

"Charles has quickly shown us his marketing prowess," said Greg Robertson, executive vice president of eNeighborhoods. "He has a solid understanding of how to create effective marketing programs for the real estate industry, and his creative ideas have already made a significant impact with our company. Effective marketing strategies are crucial in today's highly competitive market, and eNeighborhoods will continue to build a team that delivers the products, services and support that today's real estate professionals need to succeed."

Sal Aguiar joined eNeighborhoods in 2005 as Regional Account Manager. Aguiar has nine years of experience teaching real estate professionals how to maximize their business with technology. He has held sales management positions for technology companies IRIS, LLC and HomeSeekers.com. He has worked with agents, brokers and MLS organizations in a variety of strategic roles. In his new role as Regional Account Executive, he will help promote the use of eNeighborhoods products and help MLS customers make the most of their licensing agreements.

"Sal brings considerable real estate, technology and association marketing expertise to his new role with eNeighborhoods," said Andy Woolley, eNeighborhoods Vice President of Business Development. "He brings more than five years' experience working with MLS providers and real estate associations. He will assist the MLS Services team in exposing eNeighborhoods marketing tools to MLS providers and help real estate association members to develop new marketing skills and strategies."
