Realtors Benefit from Web sites with Voice-Over Technology

RISMEDIA, Feb. 28, 2007-Real Estate Home Pages has announced that it now offers voice-over technology for their clients' Web sites at special Realtor rates. This technology is sweeping the Internet and substantially increases click-through rates, time spent viewing, and information retention for Web sites of all sorts.

A Web site without voice is like a TV commercial without sound-there's an invaluable medium not being used to its full potential. Now, Realtors can add voice to as many pages as they want, highlighting featured listings, special events, or anything that needs attention. All they need is a phone.

"Having a voice on your Web site makes it more human, which makes prospective buyers more apt to follow through," said David Pressley, CEO of Real Estate Home Pages (REHP). "So our Realtors and their buyers both love it."

They also offer full-service packages to take the load off. They write a script, record the voice-over with a professional script reader, and put it on the site.

According to REHP, their user-friendly Web editor gives Realtors the power to create and control sites without the confusion and frustration of HTML coding. Realtors can make instant changes from any Internet connection, and it's as easy as word processing. Create as many pages and upload as many graphics as needed; Realtors will never run out of space.

They also offer drip e-mail campaigns, in which messages are periodically sent to keep clients informed about upcoming events, featured listings, or the latest in real estate news.
