Prudential Rand Launches ?One-Stop Operations Center’ for Clients

April 23, 2007
Reading Time: 2 mins read

RISMEDIA, April 24, 2007-Prudential Rand Realty announced that it has launched Rand Mortgage LLC, a wholly owned mortgage brokerage company, in an innovative move designed to improve the process of buying and selling homes in the region.

The formation of Rand Mortgage will allow Prudential Rand to fulfill most of the core services required in a real estate transaction at its new operations center in New City.

"Our vision for the future of the real estate business is a faster, more efficient, transparent and cost effective real estate process," said Greg Rand, the managing partner of Prudential Rand and Rand Mortgage. "We have centralized the processing and fulfillment departments for our mortgage, title insurance and real estate brokerage companies under one roof. It's the only one-stop operations center of its kind in the industry, and it enables us to outperform the disjointed process of the past."

Major lenders are rapidly signing on to the Rand Mortgage platform, enabling the company to offer the widest line of mortgage products available.

"Customer service is everyone's top priority, and we have a special advantage over all other service providers because we operate as one," said Chuck Cannizzaro, vice president of Rand Mortgage. "We guarantee that if you buy, finance and insure title with us, you will meet your closing date, or we will give you a credit at closing. That's how confident we are in our systems and our people."

As a compliment to Rand Mortgage LLC, the launch of Randmortgage.com version 1.0 was also announced, providing complete mortgage research, application and status reporting services to customers.

"Our innovative Web site allows all Rand Mortgage clients the ability to log on to the site and access their account," said Rand. "They can check the status of their mortgage, and digitally store all their transaction documents. We made the process transparent to give our clients peace of mind, and hold ourselves accountable."

Randmortgage.com is fully integrated into randrealty.com, the company's award- winning real estate Web site.
