RISMEDIA, March 7, 2008-Prudential Connecticut Realty is pleased to announce that Sullivan Real Estate of Winsted has joined Prudential Connecticut Realty. Sullivan Real Estate, currently run by Kelly and Bob Sullivan, has been owned and operated by the Sullivan family for three generations.

“Sullivan Real Estate has earned an outstanding reputation for unparalleled market announcement-pic.jpgknowledge, honesty and professionalism,” said Candace Adams, president of Prudential Connecticut Realty. “We share the same business philosophy of providing excellent customer service and maintaining high professional standards. We are honored to have the Sullivan Real Estate office join our firm.”

Sullivan Real Estate represents buyers and sellers throughout Northwest Connecticut and into Massachusetts. The 14 sales executives will continue to occupy the firm’s Park Place office in Winsted. The office will be equipped with Prudential Connecticut Realty’s state-of-art-technology providing access to some of the most powerful Web marketing tools available today.

“The partnership between Prudential Connecticut Realty and Sullivan Real Estate will greatly benefit the residents of Connecticut and Massachusetts,” said Adams. “With this merger, homeowners will continue to enjoy the expertise of a highly respected local office combined with the expanded reach of Prudential Connecticut Realty’s statewide, national, and international network.

“The real estate technology that Prudential offers will greatly expand exposure for homes we sell and will provide buyers with many more options when searching for and purchasing a home,” stated Kelly Sullivan. “In addition to the increasing need for technology, we decided to join Prudential Connecticut Realty mainly because of their commitment to service and integrity which mirrors our family’s values.”
