RISMEDIA, March 18, 2008-June Piper Brandon, broker and owner of Advance Realty Anne Arundel, has earned a service award for active long-term membership with Live Baltimore.
According to the company, June Piper Brandon has been an active member of Live Baltimore for over five years. On February 28, 2008 she was awarded a plaque congratulating her for five years of service to the Live Baltimore Home Center as of the end of 2007. June has voluntarily performed presentations on why homebuyers should work with a Realtor as well as the home buying process in general. She has conducted educational seminars including First Time Home Buying and The Home Buying Process for consumers, and participated in live events such as The Buying into Baltimore Home Buying Fair over the last six years.

Live Baltimore is an independent nonprofit organization that promotes Baltimore City living. They provide information about city life, home buying, neighborhoods and real estate professionals. “Live Baltimore has worked closely with the Mayor and City Hall to provide information about the 225 plus distinct neighborhoods in Baltimore and brings together like-minded people to improve life in local neighborhoods and improve communities through home ownership and education.”
The Home Buying Fair is held twice each year and the next will be in May at the Polytechnic on Falls and Coldspring.
