Prudential Gary Greene, Realtors’ Michele Flory & Company Honored with Award

RISMEDIA, April 24, 2008-Proving that teamwork can yield great results, the real estate group of Michele Flory & Company, based out of the Prudential Gary Greene, Realtors’ Research office in The Woodlands, recently picked up the prestigious 2007 Prudential Real Estate Legend Award for achieving Chairman’s Circle five years in row.

michelefloryco-0408.jpgThis national honor – earned by team members Michele Flory, husband Greg Flory and daughter Leslie Flory, in addition to Roger Richardson and Meredith Lamb – recognizes top-producing Prudential Realtors based on gross commission income.

Greg, who heads up marketing for the group, said he and his wife started recruiting other team members when Michele joined Prudential Gary Greene in 2000.

“Our business was growing, and we were looking for people who had the same philosophy and goals as we did,” he said.

According to the team, that philosophy means putting the clients’ needs first. “The key to our success is that we focus on the client, and everything else is secondary,” said Greg. “We ask ourselves, what are the client’s goals? If they’re selling their home, then getting the maximum market value, or if they’re buying, then helping them get the most for their money.”

“Michele Flory and her dedicated team exemplify the high level of customer service that has helped us grow,” said Marilyn Eiland, partner with Prudential Gary Greene, Realtors. “We go to great lengths to maintain our focus on our customers’ needs and preferences. Michele’s team has been very successful in pursuing this strategy.”

In addition to the Legend Award, Michele Flory was recently named one of Houston’s top 25 real estate agents by the Houston Business Journal and has regularly been one of her office’s top producers.

Members of Michele Flory & Company are involved in numerous activities in their local community and are members of The Woodlands South Montgomery County Chamber of Commerce. Richardson volunteers his time with Habitat For Humanity, and Lamb serves as a director of the Newcomers Group.
