RISMEDIA, December 1, 2010—RealEstate.com, a division of Tree.com announced the creation of an Agent Advisory Council. Utilizing the expertise of top agents nationwide, the council will serve as a forum for agents to provide input and guidance to address ever-evolving needs, implement strategies, and help shape the future growth of RealEstate.com.

The committee will consist of three RealEstate.com executives, one LendingTree Loans representative and six nationwide RealEstate.com agents including:

Kim Camaratta – California region
Olivier Louis – New Jersey region
Tammy Petrillo – Capital region
Kymberli Saragaglia – Chicago region
Pam Sproul – Tucson region
Zach Zeek – Portland region

According to the company, meetings will be held on a quarterly basis and will serve as a platform for agents to discuss industry challenges and opportunities. Agents will provide first-hand knowledge of the issues they’re facing in the field, enabling RealEstate.com to address needs in a timely manner.

“We created this council in an effort to better understand our agents’ needs, allowing us to design products and services to help them better service clients, ultimately making them more successful,” said Steve Ozonian, CEO of RealEstate.com. “This committee is an extension of our new company model, intended to provide agents and brokers with lower costs and greater flexibility. Our agents are both our customers and vital RealEstate.com team members and it’s essential to our collective success that we maintain an open dialogue.”

“The creation of this board is just another example of how RealEsate.com truly values its agents,” said Pam Sproul, RealEstate.com agent representing Tucson, AZ. “RealEstate.com has always put us first, ensuring we have the tools we need to be successful in the field. This new council will enable us to voice the challenges and opportunities we’re facing, quickly address market changes, and as a result, better serve our customers.”
