Prudential Florida Realty Expands Market Presence in Sarasota County with Charter Real Estate Services, Inc.

RISMEDIA, December 3, 2010—Prudential Florida Realty announced its growth in Sarasota County as Janice Keith and the Sales Associates of Charter Real Estate Services, Inc. merged their office with Prudential Florida Realty’s Venice Branch Office and Family of Services.

According to the company, Charter Real Estate has been serving Venice and the surrounding areas since 1982 when the company was founded by Janice Gaulrapp Keith. The company has been driven by a dedicated broker and the sales professionals with diverse backgrounds who are committed to the business of real estate and promoting homeownership throughout Sarasota County.
