The interview took place at a beautiful oceanfront home in Avon-by-the-Sea, NJ, which rents for $40,000 per month in the summer. It is owned by Margaret “Peggy” Codey, a sales associate at Diane Turton, REALTORS® Avon Office.
According to the release, the crew spent some time on a tour of the “real” Jersey Shore area. They took photos of the Sea Girt Lighthouse, towns of Sea Girt and Manasquan including several retail locations, beautiful views of the Manasquan River from Brielle and the Point Pleasant boardwalk to get a feel for our area.
