Recently, at a press conference, Howard Hanna Ohio President Howard W. ‘Hoby’ Hanna, IV announced that the company has acquired 1st Choice Realty of Canfield, Ohio.
“Dawn Kuhn, owner of 1st Choice Realty, was the driving entrepreneurial spirit behind her company,” says Hanna. “We are proud to have Dawn and her 10 agents join the Howard Hanna family, where they will be joining us at our Poland office. We look forward to their continued success.”
This is Howard Hanna’s fourth acquisition of 2011. Additionally, the company opened their first office in Philadelphia, PA and another new office is under construction in the Canton, OH -Jackson Township area that will open before the end of the year.
There are three Hanna offices in the Youngstown area: Poland, Canfield and Howland.
“We are always aggressively looking for other strategic acquisitions within our local footprint as that expands to Columbus and Toledo,” adds Hanna, “however we are also interested in expanding in and entering other regional major markets, most notably Philadelphia, Baltimore, Washington D.C.”
