Mobile Real Estate Welcomes a New Face in Real Estate

Mobile Real Estate recently welcomed a new VP of Business Development to their team, amid focus on Google’s GoMo™ Initiative. Mike Batiste is new to the real estate outreach team, however no stranger to mobile. With seven years of experience in developing Web-based interactive solutions in the broadcasting industry, Batiste began his journey into mobile six years ago. His pioneering mobile experience enables him to guide clients with best practices in optimizing end-user experience and developing mobile solutions that foster brand relationships.

“Mike’s introduction into our real estate team is very timely for the real estate industry. We are focused more than ever on helping brands, brokers and agents monetize mobile,” said John Lim, Founder and CEO, Mobile Real Estate. “Our focus is clear, to encourage more REALTORS® to utilize their mobile solution to generate more revenue. Mike is a great asset in seeing this initiative met within real estate.”

During the years Batiste spent working in radio, he found mobile adoption brought stability, and inevitably growth to a struggling industry. When asked about his experience in mobile, Batiste had this to say: “It’s not about changing the core of what you do as a business, it’s about being versatile enough to deliver it to all the outlets in which consumers consume, without using too many of your resources.”

Batiste sites his goals with real estate to include assisting Mobile Real Estate to mobilize every broker in the country with Mobile Real Estate ID products. “By mobilizing the broker website, and providing a suite of mobile tools for every agent, such as text messaging, QR codes, and branded mobilized listing Web pages, we will help the brokerage get more listings, generate more leads, and sell more homes. I’m excited to be a part of the revolution happening in real estate right now, with so many brokers and agents going mobile with Mobile Real Estate.”
