Showing Suite, Inc. has just announced the acquisition of Robot Workshop’s real estate home search IDX and associated technology. Seth Siegler, Robot Workshop’s founder and CEO will be relocating to Showing Suite’s headquarters in San Diego, California to begin working at Showing Suite as the Chief Technology Officer (CTO). According to the company, Robot Workshop has made a name for itself as an innovative firm, producing search solutions and technology for real estate agents and home buyers. Their operations are currently based in Charleston, South Carolina.

The company also announced that the integration will also bring the award-winning Neighborhood Suggester to Showing Suite. This solution helps home buyers select the type of neighborhood that best suits their lifestyle desires. This intuitive and powerful tool helps home buyers find their ideal home based on a variety of unique parameters.

Showing Suite CEO Rick Bengson states, “We were extremely impressed with Seth and his team’s agent products. These are the exact types of forward thinking software solutions our subscribers are looking for and now we can integrate this software into products that have never been available for agents. Adding Seth on as our CTO was also a huge part of this deal as he has a vast real estate background. That together with his technical knowledge and creativeness, we are able to add phenomenal products for the market now and in the future.”

When asked about Showing Suite absorbing Robot Workshop, Seth Siegler stated, “I could not be more excited to join the Showing Suite team in San Diego. Infusing the innovative spirit and technology of Robot Workshop into Showing Suite’s already successful business is the perfect way to bring new real estate tech ideas to life. All I can say is: hold onto your hats. We’re hitting the ground running.”

Siegler foresees the outcome of Robot Workshop and Showing Suite joining forces to be a huge success in creating new solutions within the real estate and technology industries. “The combination of our two companies is a match made in heaven. Showing Suite has been a fixture in this industry and already enjoys amazing success and a massive client base. Adding Robot Workshop technology into the mix gives us the power to really solve some problems in the real estate industry. I can’t wait to get started.” said Siegler.
