HomeFinder.com, an online real estate search site and provider of digital marketing solutions for real estate agents, has announced its strategic partnership with MLSListings, Inc. The direct syndication of MLSListings Inc., to HomeFinder.com advances the search and advertising solutions for the real estate community throughout Northern California.

This new cooperative provides more than 16,000 real estate agents and brokers in the San Francisco, San Jose/Silicon Valley and Monterey Bay area with customized digital marketing solutions. In addition, the tens of thousands of consumers seeking homes each week have the power of HomeFinder.com’s local and national reach to help improve and hone their home search, according to the company.

“Partnering with MLSListings, Inc. is a fantastic opportunity to provide Northern California’s real estate agents and brokers with a suite of products to help them build their online marketing strategy. Specifically, our Single Property Website product is designed to push listings to the top of address specific searches in Google improving visibility and reach,” says Doug Breaker, CEO of HomeFinder.com.

The company notes that HomeFinder.com continues to grow its network of strategic partnerships to provide real estate agents and brokers with new digital marketing solutions to build their business and further distribute available listing content to home seekers on a regional and national level. MLSListings’ members can now access HomeFinder.com’s 3.5 million online real estate listings, and benefit from the reach of HomeFinder.com’s affiliate network of 375 online newspaper partners and its 3.4 million monthly home buying, selling and renting site visitors.

“Our primary objective is to provide our members with the tools they need to advance their real estate business, and a crucial component is successful listing syndication,” says James Harrison, president and CEO of MLSListings, Inc. “Through our partners, such as HomeFinder.com, we are able to provide our members with cutting edge digital marketing platforms that provide the competitive advantages they need to grow their business.”
