Carrington Property Services, LLC recently announced that Renee Deane, executive vice president of property management and field support, has been named one of the 20 Women of Influence for 2013 by HousingWire magazine. Now in its third year, the publication’s Women of Influence program honors female executives who have made tangible, measurable contributions to the field of mortgage banking and have been able to drive their business units, companies or the industry at-large – those women who are powering the U.S. housing economy.
According to the copany, Deane was selected from hundreds of applicants for this prestigious list, which was limited to just 20 spots for the first time in the program’s history. According to HousingWire Executive Editor Jacob Gaffney, “It was more difficult than ever before to select a group of women for this year’s honors. We received more applications than ever before, while also making the decision to limit the number of honorees – as well as requiring that this year’s Influential Women not repeat from one year ago.”
As executive vice president of property management and field support, Deane is directly responsible for managing Carrington Property Service’s national single family residential rental business, which currently operates in 46 states. In an industry primarily dominated by smaller local and regional providers, under her leadership Carrington Property Services has grown to become a first-class national property management company, tripled its client base, and created a service platform that can be specifically tailored to each client and their specific needs and programs.
