For the 3rd consecutive year Bonnie Maloney has won the Five Star Real Estate Agent Award from San Diego Magazine, Real Living Lifestyles has announced. This award identifies agents who provide quality services to their clients by asking recent homebuyers to evaluate local real estate agents. Maloney is also e-PRO certified. This certification shows agents how to use the latest social media technologies, create online presence, and teaches them how to successfully compete in today’s ever changing market.
For the past nine years Maloney has been a professional real estate agent and thrives on helping the military utilize their home purchasing benefits. After 15 years in Manhattan’s fashion industry, Maloney decided it was time for a change and began selling commercial real estate all over the world. When she moved to San Diego’s North County in the late nineties she began the next chapter of her life, entering into the residential real estate market. Having an ex-marine as her husband gave her a clear understanding of VA benefits. It quickly became her passion to help the soldiers utilize those benefits and she became a VA specialist. “Knowing I can help a family who has devoted their lives to our country is very rewarding,” Maloney says.
