On September 14, HGTV will air the next installment of its new Lakefront Bargain Hunt series, and Ed Okenica with RE/MAX Agents Realty, Lake Oconee’s real estate expert, will be showing three different homes to a young couple looking for their perfect lakefront property.
Full-time REALTORS® Ed and his wife Pat have been “Lake Dwellers” for 25 years, living and loving life on Lake Oconee, home of renowned golf course communities, Reynolds Plantation, The Landing, Cuscowilla, Harbor Club & The Ritz Carlton Lodge. They share their knowledge and first-hand experience of the lake’s growth and current property values with buyers and sellers interested in Georgia’s beautiful Lake Oconee area and beyond.
HGTV producers called Ed earlier this summer to see if he’d be interested in appearing on this new Lakefront Bargain Hunt show. He ‘auditioned’ via Skype, and decided to go in front of the cameras “…on a lark.”
The show’s taping took five days, and Ed has posted a lot of photos of the entire experience on his website.
