Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Florida Network Realty has launched Florida Network Property Management, a new division specializing in the management of single-family homes and condominiums. REALTOR® Shelby Heinemann has rejoined the company to lead the new property management division as its Asset Manager.

“We are thrilled to have Shelby return home and lead our new property management division,” says Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Florida Network Realty Founder, President and CEO Linda Sherrer. “Shelby has a tremendous record of success in this industry, and our new division is a wonderful addition to our family of services.”

Heinemann started her real estate career in 2005 with Prudential Network Realty, now Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Florida Network Realty. She began working in the property management field in 2007 and has served in a leadership capacity over the past three years. Heinemann successfully completed the Property Management Academy courses and serves on the board of the Northeast Florida Association of Residential Property Managers.

“I am excited to be a part of this new chapter with the great team I began my real estate career with nine years ago,” Heinemann says “Florida Network Property Management is a full service company, providing a class of service previously unseen in Northeast Florida.”

Florida Network Property Management provides exceptional management services for single-family homes and condominiums. Services include marketing, tenant screening, leasing, maintenance, mid-term property reviews and accounting. With the company’s knowledge of the Northeast Florida real estate market, Florida Network Property Management can help owners of investment properties earn strong financial rewards.

“Whether it is a single-family residence or condominium, many owners need the support of a professional to assist in finding suitable tenants as well as maintaining the property,” says Christy Budnick, executive vice president of residential real estate. “Florida Network Property Management is dedicated to preserving and enhancing the value of our clients’ properties while generating the highest possible return on their investment. Our new company can also assist in locating the perfect rental to suit every need.”
