Attendees at this year’s NAR Annual Conference and Expo will have a special opportunity to hear several of the nation’s most successful industry leaders break down their strategies for success at RISMedia’s 19th annual Power Broker Forum, titled, “Power Broker Strategies for Enhancing the Consumer Experience.”
RISMedia is excited to announce that Dan Kruse, President of Century 21 Affiliated, will be joining us as a featured speaker at the Power Broker Forum on Friday, November 7, from 1:30-3 p.m. at the Morial Convention Center in New Orleans.
As president of Century 21 Affiliated, Dan Kruse oversees operations for 63 offices and more than 1,300 sales agents throughout Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, Minnesota and Wisconsin. Century 21 Affiliated, the largest Century 21 Company worldwide, now grosses more than $1.5 billion in sales volume annually and 10,000+ annual closed transactions. Kruse earned his degree in Real Estate/Business Management from the University of Minnesota, Twin Cities in 2002. Prior to graduation, he began his career with Century 21 Affiliated, obtaining his Wisconsin real estate license in 2000 and learning the basics of real estate sales. Kruse became a Team Leader for Century 21 Affiliated in 2003 and a regional Team Leader overseeing five offices in 2005. In 2007, he became Corporate Vice President for all CENTURY 21 Affiliated, overseeing 25 locations, 225 agents, and 15 local Team Leaders. Kruse currently serves on the Wisconsin REALTORS® Association Board of Directors as well as the President’s Advisory Council for Century 21 International.
