Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Florida Realty’ President and C.E.O., Rei L. Mesa announced Cindy Warren as the new Assistant Manager for the Lakewood Ranch Branch sales office. Warren is working under the leadership of Mike Holland, managing broker for the Lakewood Ranch, Sarasota, and the recently opened Palmer Ranch Branch Sales Offices.

Warren has more than 28 years of real estate experience with almost 12 years in brokerage management. Prior to joining Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Florida Realty, she was with WCI Communities, in the homebuilding division, as a new-home community representative since 2012. Prior to WCI, she was a managing broker/team leader with Keller Williams Realty from 2009-2012 and Wagner Realty from 2001-2008. Her real estate career started in Jacksonville with Watson Realty Corp.
Warren holds a Florida Real Estate Broker license and the professional designation of Graduate, Realtor® Institute (GRI) from the National Association of REALTORS®.
Her real estate career extends as a volunteer with the Manatee Association of REALTORS® in various roles including Board Directors and several committees. She earned “Chairperson of the Year” during her leadership on the New Member Orientation Committee.
Warren’s community involvement includes serving on her local homeowner’s association board as secretary, “RED” Day community service, and having spent time building homes with Habitat for Humanity.
Warren and husband Tom live in East Manatee County, and have two grown sons who also live in the Sarasota/Bradenton area.
