Coldwell Banker Real Estate LLC recently announced it has aligned with Tom Ferry – Your Coach to deliver customized coaching program to Coldwell Banker® affiliated agents.  The Tom Ferry coaching program will be designed to complement and extend the robust offerings of the brand giving agents the opportunity to accelerate their success through voluntary participation in the new program.

Ferry was named the industry’s top coach in the 2015 Swanepoel Power 200 rankings.  By combining the Tom Ferry coaching program with the existing Coldwell Banker University® courses, agents will have an elevated level of education to support their success. Included in the customized program: one-on-one coaching, self-paced online training programs, special event pricing, access to the Tom Ferry REsults App, and much more.

“Tom has worked closely with us over the last few years and has gained a unique perspective into how to best marry the leading platforms of the Coldwell Banker brand with the heightened need for personalized learning,” says Budge Huskey, president and chief executive officer of Coldwell Banker Real Estate, LLC.   “While we continue to innovate with our Coldwellbanker.com digital strategy, CBx listing experience application, and the world-class ZAP platform, we know that such incredible tools are most powerful when in the hands of a highly motivated, highly skilled professional working with the consumer.”

Ferry, who presented at last week’s Coldwell Banker Generation Blue Experience event, will appear frequently as a speaker at Coldwell Banker brand events for agents and broker/owners around the nation.

“Real estate is an incredibly challenging business, and we are seeing more and more agents of all experiences recognize that coaching is a business accelerator,” Ferry says.  “I already work closely with some of the top agents in the Coldwell Banker network and am excited to reach more and add to the terrific learning opportunities offered by Coldwell Banker University.  I firmly believe the brand’s core values, including a focus on providing ‘exceptional experiences’ to the consumer, align with my desire to help raise the level of excellence for the entire industry.”
