Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Select Properties recently announced a partnership with ListingVideos.com, an automated video service powered by VScreen that dynamically creates a livability snapshot of each listing in real-time, using video clips of the local community, professional narration and animated 3D infographics.
Agents who work with Select Properties will now be able to market their seller’s property with a video generated in real time.

The innovative and mobile friendly video platform also features livability factors that consumers are interested in, such as: bedrooms, bathrooms, square footage and year built…plus community information like the property’s corresponding school district and geographic location.

As of July 18, 2016, Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Select Properties’ website www.bhhsselectstl.com and YouTube channel www.youtube.com/bhhsselect will feature more than 900 property videos, which include the listing agents’ photos and contact information and may be easily shared to social networks from within the video player.
