ERA Real Estate has expanded into Vietnam with the signing of a master franchise agreement with Eurocapital JSC, which now operates as ERA Vietnam, the company recently announced. ERA Vietnam is comprised of three offices with 150 affiliates and serves Ho Chi Minh City. Tuan Thanh Pham is COO.

The agreement makes Vietnam one of eight markets in which ERA Asia-Pacific has a presence.
