Kukun has partnered with Atlanta, Ga.-based Harry Norman, Realtors® to provide a customized, hyper-local widget with home renovation data alongside listings on the real estate brokerage’s website, the company recently announced. The widget, which includes a Renovation Estimator and ROI Calculator, as well as access to contractors through Kukun’s platform, has garnered an average 1,000 users since it was soft-launched in June.

“Partnering with Harry Norman, Realtors® is a great step for Kukun to bring to the residents of Atlanta the right tools to fuel Atlanta’s residential market home-buying and flipping,” says Raf Howery, founder and CEO of Kukun. “They are a remarkable real estate company that is rich in history, and we’re excited to be able to serve their customers who are interested in exploring the option to buy a home that requires TLC and alleviate their renophobia symptoms.”

“As potential homebuyers visit our website, they now have access to a resource to help them make a house their dream home without dealing with the stress of guessing how much the renovations will cost or how much their home will be worth after the fact,” says Jenni Bonura, president and CEO of Harry Norman, Realtors®. “We’re excited to be the first in Atlanta to partner with Kukun and continue our longstanding tradition of being change-makers in our community. Using the latest technology to improve our customer experience, we’re sure this new technology will be something the home-buying community in Atlanta will be able to take advantage of.”

“Our founder Ms. Emmie Norman entered into the real estate business out of her sincere desire to see customers’ receive better service in 1930, at the height of the Great Depression,” says Mike Wright, vice president of Marketing and Communications at Harry Norman, Realtors®. “She was a visionary and became a successful business woman working in an industry dominated by men. We are thrilled to see that more than 85 years later, Harry Norman will continue her legacy in leading the way toward innovation and putting our customer’s needs first.”

The partnership is the latest for Kukun, which also has a relationship with Intero Real Estate. The company will announce more partnerships with other Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices affiliates soon.
