About the Suggested Posts Email

  users will receive an email with three article suggestions which they can manually post. Even if you have an automatic post scheduled for the day you are welcome to manually post content from the suggestion email, or from the Exclusive Content library area of , or even RISMedia.com any time. To post from the suggestion email simply click the title of the article in the email to begin the manual posting process.

• • If you are logged-in to   you will land on the article page and a the top of page will see the icons of the social media platforms that you are connected to. Click one of the icons to begin posting process.
    • • Example, click a suggested post in the email.
      • If you are connected to Facebook you will see the Facebook icon at the top of the page.  If you are connected to LinkedIn and Twitter you will see those icons as well.
      • Click the Facebook icon to advance to next screen.
      • At top add a social intro, like “I thought this was interesting…”
      • At bottom select the Facebook page that you would like post to go to.  Click ‘Share on Facebook’.
      • Success screen should appear if the post is good.  Allow up to 10 minutes to see on Facebook
  • If you are logged-in to  you will be directed to log in to first. Then return to the email, click a selection, and follow steps to post.
