Better Homes and Gardens® Real Estate recently announced the addition of real estate brokerage Main Street Properties in Pensacola, Florida, to its franchise network. The newly named Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Main Street Properties in Florida’s panhandle, led by broker/owners Audie Street and Holly Lovett, will continue to serve greater Pensacola and Alabama Gulf Coast communities.

“Pensacola and its surrounding communities are home to a unique blend of residents, including retirees, college students, military personnel and vacationers who fall in love with the charming downtown and white sand beaches,” says Sherry Chris, president and CEO, Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate LLC. “Audie Street and Holly Lovett have cultivated a highly proficient team that places a strong focus on building a personalized, trusted relationship with every one of their clients, earning a reputation for exceptional customer experience.”

Celebrating its five-year anniversary in June, Main Street Properties has quickly earned a respected place in the community, winning 12 Pensacola News Journal“Best of the Bay” awards, including “Best Real Estate Company” and “Best Place to Work.” With four offices across the region, Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Main Street Properties specializes in a range of properties, from waterfront and vacation to investment and new construction. The brokerage is also situated just minutes from Pensacola Naval Air Station – the proud home of the renowned Blue Angels flight demonstration team – drawing a large military clientele.

“First and foremost, Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate shares our commitment to the customer relationship,” says Street. “As we continue to provide world-class service with hometown values, we’re thrilled to have found a national brand that embodies everything we stand for, allowing us to better serve our local, out-of-area and military clients.”

“Our team of more than 150 affiliated real estate professionals has the unique ability to impact people in a positive and significant way every single day, and Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate will allow us to extend our existing support and capabilities even further,” adds Lovett. “This is an incredible opportunity for our growing number of affiliated sales associates to continue to do what they do so wonderfully, and with all the marketing and technology support of a world-class network behind us.”

The founding vision for Main Street Properties was to build a company strongly rooted in customer service, integrity and community involvement. Staunch advocates for giving back, Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Main Street Properties participates in more than 20 community charity events every year, including their own non-profit, The Main Street Foundation – a community outreach organization dedicated to helping local families in need. Additionally, the brokerage annually hosts Main Street for Manna, the region’s second largest food drive collection for their local food bank.
