ERA Grizzard Real Estate recently announced that it has combined operations with Total Realty Corp., a market leader in Volusia County, Fla.
Under the leadership of broker/owner Cynthia DeLuca, Total Realty Corp., with five offices and more than 100 independent sales associates, was responsible for more than $150 million in sales volume in 2015.
This move increases ERA Grizzard Real Estate’s operations significantly, bringing total office count to 11 and total agent count to nearly 300. In addition, the move creates a contiguous six-county service area spanning Sumter, Marion, Lake, Orange, Seminole and Volusia counties, which will fuel a robust internal referral pipeline.
