RISMEDIA, Jan. 25, 2007-Lowen Corporation completed a year-long construction project by moving its general offices and the printing operations of Lowen Sign Company and Lowen Color Graphics into an all-new, state-of-the-art 150,000 square-foot facility.
The move consolidates into one facility, operations that were previously performed in several locations in Hutchinson, Kansas. The move also paves the way for Lowen Sign Company to consolidate its manufacturing and warehouse operations into a single, separate facility.
The new building provides a controlled environment for air quality, humidity, and temperature to optimize printing operations. The new building also contains energy-efficient systems aimed at reducing the costs of operations. These efficiencies ultimately benefit the consumer through lower costs for products and services.
