Randy Waller, broker/owner of W Real Estate in Santa Rosa, Calif., has been the No. 1 REALTOR® in Sonoma, Napa and Marin Counties by the number of homes sold for the past three years. Waller is ranked No. 1 in California by number of transactions. In the last year alone, Waller closed over 265 transactions worth more than $185 million.

After four years as a salesperson with RE/MAX, Waller obtained his broker license and founded W Real Estate, one of the largest locally founded real estate companies in Sonoma County. Since 2007, Waller has grown W Real Estate to seven locations with a solid reputation for its local ties, global marketing, excellent customer service, attention to detail and results.
