Coldwell Banker Realty

Last year was a great one for real estate by many measures, but that also meant that agents had many choices for where they wanted to bring their talents. Peter Sobeck’s job was to show them just how much Coldwell Banker could offer them as the industry saw fundamental transformation around safety and technology. In very short order he built a recruiting powerhouse, bringing in 8,000 agents just in the first half of 2021, adding a new network of recruiting platforms and personnel, who doubled their production over last year. Redefining how education and industry insight can be used in recruiting efforts, Sobeck pushed Coldwell to a new record in total agents, helping leadership perfect their presentations and value proposition.

“Coldwell Banker Realty’s retention programs emphasize production power, effective coaching, wealth-building strategies, and a diverse and supportive culture offered by the company,” he says. “Despite the challenges inherent in the real estate industry during the COVID-19 pandemic, we have been able to elevate our sales force numbers.”
