Under the leadership of Abby Waltz, Homes for Heroes achieved three major milestones in 2022, the company’s 20th year in business, including: providing $100 million-plus in Hero Rewards to over 50,000 heroes and their families and $1 million-plus in Foundation Grants to heroes in dire need of housing assistance.

When asked what she’s most proud of, Waltz says: “Without a doubt, it’s being able to help our 4,400 real estate and mortgage professionals all over the country successfully grow their business on purpose by serving and thanking their local community heroes. At the end of the day, we’re not only making a positive impact in the lives of these heroes, we’re changing communities and transforming the lives of our affiliates by coupling their profession with a bigger purpose and mission beyond just their careers. There is nothing like helping people realize their true passion and full potential.”
