Howard “Hoby” Hanna, president of Howard Hanna Real Estate Services, oversaw its 2022 merger with HER, REALTORS®; partnership with Lone Wolf Technologies; and launch of an innovative cash guarantee program for homebuyers. Howard Hanna Financial Services was also the first lender to earn accredited social impact leader status from the National Association of Minority Mortgage Bankers of America.
